The New Teacher Center is a Chan-Zuckerberg grantee that was looking to enhance the way teacher-coaches train their mentees. As a consultant on this project, I helped design a course architecture, trained the client in developing adaptive lessons.

 

We designed two microlearning experiences utilizing adaptive pathways, interactive questions, videos, and a custom-designed rubric application that guides teachers through the process of evaluating other teachers.
